LashCurl treatment available at Skincare By Jessica!

LashCurl is available now at Skincare By Jessica!  It’s a fabulous eyelash lifting and curling treatment, done in-salon.  It takes about 45 minutes to do the treatment, and then the beautifully enhanced lashes will look great for up to 6 weeks!

LashCurl is suitable for everybody:

·        Ideal for those with short, straight lashes, as with LashCurl, their lashes will appear longer
·        Ideal for those who have long lashes, as they will be even more flattering
·        Drooping, tired eyes will appear lifted
·        Perfect for those who find the daily use of make-up irritating to the eyes
·        Teens can have LashCurl done – enhanced eyes without use of make-up!
·        Mascara can be applied onto curled lashes for an even more dramatic look
·        Perfect for holidays, special events and photo shoots.

LashCurl products are cruelty free - not animal tested.  The chemicals used are very diluted and safe to use.  After the application of the curling and lifting products, a nourishing oil is applied to the lashes.

LashCurl: lash lifting treatment

I went for a LashCurl treatment last weekend, to give this a try and see how it compares to the semi-permanent mascara.

I have found the wow-factor I've been looking for!!

The treatment takes just over half an hour, and needs three different products applied to the lashes.  The result: visible lashes!  What a difference it makes to just have the lashes lifted and curled.  I love it!

It apparently lasts 6-8 weeks, which is awesome.  I haven't applied mascara over it yet, but can just imagine that would just add so much more to the wow-factor.

I am super excited about this, and am going to be ordering my kit and doing my training as soon as possible.  Can't wait to start doing this for clients!

Green Tea for Vitality!

Green Tea comes from the bush Camellia Sinensis, which is the same plant that black tea comes from – the difference is that green tea is dried and not fermented.  This process keeps all the beneficial chemicals intact, which is why green tea is so good for you.

Drinking green tea regularly has the following benefits:

©     Lowers risk of heart disease

©     Lowers risk of certain cancers

©     Stimulates fat oxidation, aids weight loss

©     Potent anti-oxidant

©     Controls diabetes

©     Gives a clear, healthy complexion

©     Calms digestion

©     Slows the ageing process

Green tea does contain the stimulant caffeine, which can cause nausea an insomnia.  However, drinking 1 to 4 cups of green tea daily is recommended to make use of the rejuvenating health benefits.

Green tea has quite a bitter taste.  Add a dash of lemon and a drop or two of honey to make a delicious refreshing drink!
